The hotel is well priced and nicely decorated. The staff at the bar provides amazing customer service. It is located in a quiet area just off the mall, restaurants, shopping, and uptown.

The room had everything we needed and was super clean and organized. 🧹

The hotel's location was central, right by the park. the granola and fruit in the bar were much appreciated. - Amazingly helpful team in customer service as a bartender. - This venue was modern and I will be back....  

The staff here were all very friendly and the rooms were wonderful and relaxing, with nice soap in the bathrooms.

Its prime, central location was a plus.

Cheese omelets for breakfast were very good but the scrambled eggs not so good.

The facilities here are brand new, the breakfast is excellent with a variety of options like bacon and bottled water.

You can stay at The Westin for about the same amount, so it's a little overpriced for the hotel and location. I misread the time for breakfast due to how close the print is together on menu for weekend time. I thought it started later on the weekend day. However that wasn't my real issue. When I got there some things for breakfast weren't put away yet so I grabbed what was still out. The girl the was cleaning it just gave me dirty looks and having an attitude. I felt uncomfortable at that point going to sit at a table so I just took it to my room.

Had a room with a fridge and microwave, which was super handy. The staff here were really nice and friendly. The location was awesome, being so close to uptown and Ballantyne - made getting around a breeze! 🌟...  

I enjoyed my stay from the moment I checked until we checked out. The customer service, the room was so clean and smelled clean, the bed and pillows was so comfy. The breakfast. I thought it would be just like cereal, bagels, fruits...  

The hotel is in a convenient location near a walking trail, Carowinds, supermarket, and dining options. The staff are accommodating and friendly, offering free wake-up calls and ironing services. The room was clean, with a private bathroom. The breakfast was warm and offered a variety of delicious options. Check-in was quick, and there was the option for a late check-out.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the easily accessible location and beautiful setup of the hotel. The friendly check-in clerk made us feel welcome. The pool, although we didn't have time to use it, looked inviting. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave and refrigerator, and the bathroom had ample space.

Felt completely relaxed, nothing to complain about.
